According to the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for Moscow, citizens are allowed to observe the regime of self-isolation not only at the place of registration or permanent registration.
“In case of observance by citizens of the order of movement in the city of Moscow established by decree, the difference between the actual place of residence and registration does not constitute an administrative offense as provided for in article 3.18.1 of the Moscow City Code of Administrative Offenses,” TASS informs.
