Mirziyoyev holds meetings with leaders of Pakistan and Afghanistan

Today President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, met with his Afghan counterpart Ashraf Ghani and Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif during the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), Uzbek presidential press service reported.

The main topic of talks between him and Sharif was the current state and prospects of development of bilateral relations, as well as strengthening of regional security.

It is reported that Mirziyoyev and Ghani discussed prospects for further development of relations between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan in the political, trade-economic, transport-communication, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
