Monthly norm of precipitation is exceeded in Armenia, but this is not the limit
Over the last few days the monthly norm of precipitation has been exceeded in Armenia, the Armgidromettsentr reports.
"The amount of precipitation in the form of snow that fell in Armenia from December 31st to January 2nd exceeded the monthly norm", ‘News Armenia’ quotes him as saying.
This snowfall will continue in most parts of the country on January 6th, 8th and 9th, with a break on January 7th. On these days snowstorms are expected in some places, with low horizontal visibility and ice on the roads.
