The unveiling of a bust of the bailiff of the Elbrus Military District, chief of the Batalpashinsky district General Nikolai Grigoryevich Petrusevich has taken place on the square named after him.
The ceremony was attended by the head of Karachay-Cherkessia Rashid Temrezov, Director of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia Arthur Parfenchikov, Prime Minister of the Republic Ruslan Kazanokov, mayors of Karachay-Cherkessian cities and districts, personnel of the UFSSP of KCR, as well as residents of the capital of Karachay-Cherkessia.
