According to the Georgian Interior Ministry, a vandal has spoiled a monument to Ronald Reagan by painting it white.
The police arrested David D., born in 1956, who is suspected of committing a crime in respect of property damage according to article 187 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
An examination will be carried out in order to estimate the sum of the damage, Georgia Online reports.
