The Moscow City Court has found ungrounded the complaint of the defense in the case of Boris Nemtsov's murder, Khamzat Bakhaev, and upheld the decision of his arrest until 28 August.
"I have been accused of that which I did not do, and would never do,’’ TASS quotes Bakhaev.
Bakhaev’s lawyer, Zaurbek Sadahanov, described the process as "a conspiracy of investigators and prosecutors" and asked the court to release him due to "complete innocence of the crime.’’
