This morning, a fire broke out in the building of the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory, a source in the emergency services reported.
According to him, there is an open flame on the third floor. The source noted that the fire in the house number 4 in the Middle Kislovsky Lane is assigned the second rank of complexity.
15 fire brigades are operating at the site, TASS reports.
