Russia and Iran are not holding talks regarding the delivery of S-400 air defense systems to Iran, the director of the Second Asian Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Zamir Kabulov, said.
“No, no steps were taken, this question was not discussed,” RIA Novosti cited Zamir Kabulov as saying.
