Chief supernumerary psychiatrist-narcologist of the Ministry of Health and the Moscow Department of Health Yevgeny Brun explained how to neutralise the negative consequences of a New Year's feast.
According to him, the first secret is sufficient rest. "If the night was spent too actively it is better not to do anything until the middle of January 1," TASS quotes him as saying.
The second secret is a special selection of revitalizing drinks. “You can drink kefir, weak and unsweetened tea, light protein broths, cabbage pickle,” Yevgeny Brun explained.
