Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, head of the Russian Footbal Union Vitaly Mutko said that main preparations for the 2018 FIFA World Cup will be completed before the end of this year.
"We know all the difficulties and problems. A lot of work has been done to prepare for the World Cup, but there's still much ahead. We must do everything possible to ensure that main preparations are completed this year," he said.
