The providers themselves are responsible for the debts for energy resources, the Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the NCFD, Sergei Mileiko, said.
According to the deputy envoy, the resource-supply organizations "need to listen to recommendations and to make the necessary arrangements to streamline their work, make an inventory of subscriber bases and review their personnel policy."
The total electricity debts of the region on 1 August 2015 were 1 billion 469 million rubles. The debt of the population is 538 million rubles, or 37%. The debts for gas increased by 8.4%, amounting to 4 billion 566 million rubles.
