The Annual Meeting of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group kicks off in Washington today.
The Russian delegation will arrive in Washington today - for the first time in several years the Bank of Russia will be represented by its chairman Elvira Nabiullina, the Finance Ministry will be represented by First Deputy Prime Minister and head of department Anton Siluanov and his two deputies Sergey Storchak and Vladimir Kolychev. In addition, the delegation includes Chairman of the Accounts Chamber Alexei Kudrin.
Nabiullina will address the panel session 'Managing Capital Flows: What is the Right Policy Mix?'
