Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry said that the monitoring near the village of Orta Garvand in Aghdam district of Azerbaijan, held under the mandate of the OSCE chairperson-in-office's personal representative, passed without any incident.
On the Azerbaijani side, the monitoring was carried out by field assistants of the OSCE chairperson-in-office's personal representative Hristo Hristov and Peter Svedberg
On the opposite side, the monitoring was conducted by field assistants of the OSCE chairperson-in-office's personal representative Yevgeny Sharov, Jiri Aberle and Simon Tiller, Trend reports.
