Narmania: Tbilisi bypass railroad must be built

The mayor of Tbilisi, David Narmania, has spoken for the completion of the project of construction of the Tbilisi bypass railroad, work on which began in the days of Mikheil Saakashvili, but was stopped after the change of authority in the country.
