State Duma Speaker Sergey Naryshkin admitted today that the Parliament has never faced so many difficulties during the preparation and approval of the budget during all his career in Moscow, as it was in 2016.
"This year the budget was difficult to prepare and approve for many reasons, of both an internal and external nature. The budget for 2016 was the most difficult during all my career in Moscow in the government (since 2004),'' Russia-24 cites Sergey Naryshkin as saying.
