The State Duma Speaker Sergei Naryshkin will attend the primaries of the United Russia in the Kingisepp district of the Leningrad region.
Naryshkin noted that during the primaries, "the party will take into account the opinion of voters and draw the corresponding conclusions".
The process of registration of participants to the primaries will be completed on April 15. The preliminary vote will take place in Russia on May 22.
