Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev held talks with the South Korean President Park Geun-hye during his visit to Seoul, the press office of the head of state said.
The two leaders discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation, including the trade, economic, financial, investment, transport and communication, scientific and technical cooperation.
The meeting identified the prospects of development of bilateral relations and activation of mutual trade turnover. The Presidents agreed to continue working on the bringing of the Kazakh-South Korean strategic partnership to a new level.
In addition, Nursultan Nazarbayev and Park Geun-hye exchanged views on topical issues of international and regional agenda, including nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation.
Kazakh President also held a meeting with representatives of South Korean business circles.
