The issue of new Secretary General of the CSTO will be discussed at the next session of the CSTO Council, which will take place in April, current Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha said.
Bordyuzha explained that this topic was not discussed today due to lack of quorum: he recalled that one of the delegations of members-states of the organization did not participate in the working meetings.
