The new chairman of the ‘Georgian Dream’ coalition will be elected at the upcoming congress in spring, the executive secretary of the party Irakli Kobakhidze reported.
"We have held consultations and, according to the preliminary plan, the congress will take place in spring. I cannot be more specific, as the date for the meeting has not been agreed on yet,’’ Georgia Online quotes him as saying.
The politician said that possible candidates for the post had not yet been discussed. Appropriate consultations will begin in the near future.
