New large-scale oil and gas fields are found in Iran, the deputy head of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) Gholam-Reza Manouchehri said.
According to him, the Iranian oil minister will provide full information on new oil and gas fields in the nearest future.
Manouchehri also added that the Iranian oil and gas resources take the fourth and first place in the world, respectively. "From the point of view of the total amount of oil and gas reserves, the country takes the first place in the world,” News.am cited him as saying.
