Ali Khasbulatov has been appointed as the new plenipotentiary representative of the head of Dagestan in the Southern territorial district. The corresponding decree was signed today by the head of the republic of Dagestan, Ramadan Abdullatipov.
Khasbulatov previously held the post of deputy head of the administration of the Derbent region, RIA Dagestan reports.
