The new school year has started in Georgia on September 17. More than 50 thousand children will start school today.
Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili spoke at the 51st public school in central Tbilisi today to voice his kind wishes regarding the new school year.
"The people you will get to know at school will become inseparable parts of your lives. I hope you spend your school years merrily and successfully," Agenda.ge cited the president as saying.
Both Georgian kindergartens and schools began a new academic year today.
