There is currently no reason to develop a new vaccine against the Omicron COVID-19 strain, the director of the Gamaleya Research Center, Alexander Gunzburg, said.
According to him, at the moment there is also no reason to change the structure of the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine.
He clarified that the staff of the Gamaleya Research Center assembled the construction of the vaccine against the omicron strain, but there are no grounds for changing it yet.
