The regions of the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD) are obliged to develop their own food specialization as part of the all-Russian state program of development of agriculture until 2020, the head of Minkavkaz Lev Kuznetsov said yesterday at a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission for the Seasonal Agricultural Work in Pyatigorsk.
The state support will be directed to those enterprises and regions that will be able to maximize socio-economic effect.
