The exercises that the United States and South Korea are conducting near the Korean Peninsula are a manifestation of hostility against North Korea, DPRK leader Kim Jong-Un said.
According to him, official Pyongyang is ready to take measures in response to "open confrontation."
Hostile countries should realize the "recklessness of large-scale military exercises" held in the Korean Peninsula region and stop provocations, he stressed.
"Nuclear weapons will be answered with nuclear weapons, and open confrontation with open confrontation",
Kim Jong-Un said.
He also stressed that the strategic forces of North Korea maintained the constant readiness for a "rapid response".
