Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak has said that the replenishment of the budget after changing the MET formula will lead to a rise in the price of gasoline of at least one ruble.
"If the MET will increase by a thousand rubles, as our colleagues from the Ministry of Finance assume, respectively the price at gas stations will rise in price by one ruble at least," Novak said.
