Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak and Vice President of the European Commission Maros Sefcovic are holding gas talks in Berlin.
Their meeting started at 10:30 local time (11:30 Moscow time).
The trilateral meeting with representatives of the European Union, Russia and Ukraine is scheduled to start at 14:30 local time (15.30 Moscow time).
Chief Executive Officer of the Russian gas holding Gazprom Alexei Miller has already arrived at the venue for trilateral transit gas talks, TASS reported.
