Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak named critical price of oil, which Russian oil companies will not be able to survive.
According to him, "for the oil companies, it is a critical level - this is the prime cost of oil production," which amounts to 5-15 dollars per barrel in Russia.
At the same time, speaking at the Gaidar Forum, Novak made the forecast with the average annual oil price of 40-50 dollars, RBC reports.
