The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of Kazakhstan has issued the preliminary numbers for political parties for the forthcoming elections to the Majilis (lower chamber) of the parliament of the republic.
The Nur Otan Party, chaired by the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, got number 1.
The Communist People's Party of Kazakhstan (CPPK) got 2, the Democratic Party of Kazakhstan Ak Zhol got 3. The Birlik party - 4, they are followed by National Social Democratic Party (NSDP). The People's Democratic Patriotic Party Aul closes the list, TASS reports.
