The Organization’s for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons report confirms the fact that the militants of the terrorist group ‘Islamic State’ use poisoning mustard gas, the statement released by the Foreign Ministry reads.
"With regard to the report of the mission of the OPCW, the use of the mustard gas by the ISIS militants in Syria has been confirmed. This fact is being very carefully studied by the Russian experts.’’
