A use of force in Karabakh conflict zone is unacceptable, the Chairman of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Ilkka Kanerva, said at a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian, held in Helsinki, the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry reported.
"Kanerva also noted that the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly fully supports the efforts of the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group aimed at a peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict through the negotiations and empowering of a mission of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman,'' RIA Novosti reported.
