OSCE PA Special Representative on the South Caucasus Kristian Vigenin announced his resignation when presenting his report at the winter session of the OSCE PA in Vienna today.
"With a letter to OSCE PA President Tsereteli I announced that I withdraw from the position of Special Representative as of 12:00 on 22.02.2018 in order to concentrate on my work as Rapporteur in the Political Affairs and Security Committee," APA cited Vigenin as saying.
