The OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier expressed his condolences to Russia and the relatives of those killed in the crash of the Boeing passenger airplane of the Flydubai airline in Rostov-on-Don.
"Condolences to the Russian Federation and the families of the crash victims in Rostov," a statement in Zannier’s microblogging on Twitter reads, RIA Novosti reported.
