The OSCE Minsk Group and Germany have urged the sides of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to abide by the armistice to protect people who live on the contact line.
"In this context, we support the call of the Personal Representative of the OSCE CiO, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, who urged the parties to adhere strictly to the ceasefire during the Easter and Nowruz holidays. We urge the parties to create conditions so that people of the region could celebrate these holidays in peace," a representative of the Government Presidency of the OSCE Germany’s Gernot Erler and co-chairmen of the OSCE Minsk group, James Warlick (USA), Igor Popov (Russia) and Pierre Andrieu (France) said, Trend reports.
