The famous Uzbek gymnast, Olympic record-breaking champion, Olympic champion and three-time European champion Oksana Chusovitina, speaking to the correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza, positively assessed her first performance at the FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Cup in Baku.
The first exercise in today's women's qualification was the vault. "I'm happy that I'm alive and everything is fine. I performed two jumps, I think it was ok, and I'm really happy about it. Tomorrow I'll wake up and find out how I'm adjusted for the next days," Oksana Chusovitina said.
The FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Cup is being held in Baku on March 16-19. Athletes from 23 countries will compete for 10 medal sets.
