One injured in residential building explosion in Tbilisi

One individual has received injuries due to the explosion on Tevdore Mgvdeli Street in Didube district of Tbilisi yesterday.

According to the Georgian Interior Ministry, the gas leak was likely the reason for the explosion.

The condition of the injured 77-year-old man is critical, with 35% of his body burnt, Agenda.ge reported. 

The residents of the building had to leave the area.
