For the first time, an open-air ice rink opened was organised for residents and guests of Kislovodsk, the Information Policy Department of the Government of the Stavropol Territory reports.
"For residents and guests, we have prepared a daily festive program - from a craftsmen's fair on Kurortny Boulevard, a concert and presentation of the city's main Christmas tree to charity events," head of the city administration Yevgeny Moiseev said.
The skating rink is located on Pobedy Avenue opposite the administration building. A tent with skate rental, warm changing rooms and a cafe were set up nearby.
