More than 260,000 people in Russia remain under medical supervision due to being suspected of having COVID-19, the press service of Russia’s Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing said.
"[A total of] 260,621 people remain under medical supervision in Russia," TASS cited the press service as saying.
According to the watchdog, more than 27.5 million coronavirus tests have been conducted nationwide, with 242,000 tests conducted in the past 24 hours.
Thirteen more coronavirus patients died in Moscow during the past day, with the overall number of fatalities exceeding 4,430 the city’s anti-coronavirus crisis center said.
"Thirteen coronavirus-positive patients diagnosed with pneumonia have died in Moscow," it said, adding the overall number of coronavirus-related deaths in Moscow has reached 4,434.
