Today, in Brussels (Belgium), a participant in the terrorist attacks in Paris on November 13th, Salah Abdeslam, was arrested, the statement of the Federal Prosecutor's Office of Belgium says.
Earlier, the news was confirmed by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Belgium, Charles Michel.
"In the course of a large-scale anti-terrorist operation in the Brussels commune of Molenbeek, two people were injured, including Abdeslam. According to the latest information, Abdeslam has been arrested. He was sent to the hospital under police surveillance," the electronic version of 'Derner er' newspaper, as well as a number of central Belgian TV channels reported, TASS reports.
