Pashinyan tests positive for Covid-19 again

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has tested positive for the coronavirus, the government press office said today.

"The Prime Minister has self-isolated. The disease is asymptomatic," the government said on its Facebook page. It also noted that Pashinyan will be working remotely.        

According to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the total tally of deaths from coronavirus in the country is now 8,033.

In total, 2,692,959 coronavirus tests have been administered in the country of 3 million since March 1, 2020, when the first case was detected.
