Multiple Grammy Award-winning American guitarist and composer Pat Metheny will headline the Tbilisi Jazz Festival, starting on February 28.
Metheny will bring his band for two shows hosting jazz fans in the Georgian capital on March 1 and 2, Eastern Promotion reported.
Guesting the 22nd edition of the annual event, the American performer and music teacher will present the Missouri Skies and More project.
The project will see the guitarist’s band join the Tbilisi Symphony Orchestra on March 1, while Metheny will also entertain those flocking to the city’s Event Hall the day before.
The March 1 show will see the 20 Grammy-winning guitarist joined by drummer Jonathan Barber and bassist Darek Oleszkiewicz.
