The former co-rapporteur on Azerbaijan, Spanish diplomat Pedro Agramunt, has become the head of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
Agramunt’s opponent for the presidency was the representative of France, former PACE President Jean-Claude Mignon. 109 people participated in the voting. The Spanish diplomat was supported by 75 people, APA reports.
