A resident who was born in 1947 has been detained in Vladikavkaz for attempting to paint monuments of People's Artist of Russia Albina Bayeva and Honoured Art Hadzhismela Varziev with a bright pink color.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Interior of North Ossetia, the incident occurred on April 2nd at the Lane of Fame, where the woman was arrested, UGA reports.
