Azerbaijani Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population, Salim Muslimov, said that restrictions on loan commitments for social assistance will be eliminated.
"This is because a group of people got loans in the past and is unable to repay it. At the same time, the commitments of families' exceed 50% revenue due to low income. Therefore, according to the president’s order, these restrictions will be eliminated,” APA cited him as saying.
