London’s refusal to hold a dialogue is regrettable for the Russian authorities, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"Indeed, the political dialogue is frozen, and Russia was not the initiator of the freeze," TASS cited Peskov as saying.
Peskov noted that "modern challenges, namely the issues linked to the fight against terrorism and the issues linked to cross-border crime demand bilateral cooperation." "But the ball is in the court of our British partners," he noted.
