Police officers and employees of the FSB Department for North Ossetia have conducted a special operation to capture a 'phone terrorist' in Vladikavkaz. The Vladikavkaz Railway technical college student was a criminal who reported a false threat of a terrorist attack.
The student called to tell about an impending terrorist attack on the college from the territory of the college itself, after which it was cordoned off and examined using dogs and special equipment, but no suspicious objects were found.
The "phone terrorist" was later identified and detained.
