From the beginning of summer, it will be possible to get from Moscow to Alanya by Pobeda flights, the low-cost airline said.
Aircraft "Pobeda" will begin flying to the resort from the airport "Vnukovo" in the Russian capital from from June 1 again. Flights will take place every day.
Tickets can be purchased on the air-carrier's official website, they are already on sale.
RIA Novosti specifies that Moscow-Alanya flights have been cancelled since mid-February. According to sources, the reason for this was the difficulty with ground handling of aircraft.
The fall in demand for holidays in Türkiye
The Russian Union of the Travel Industry previously reported that demand for holidays in Türkiye had seriously fallen in Russia, the booking of summer tours were 30% less than a year ago, and even then the demand for them was at a minimum.
The Union also named the reason for the reluctance of Russians to go on vacation to Türkiye: this is a significant rise in the price of tours, and, on the one hand, the Turkish side raises prices, on the other, the ruble exchange rate actually makes them even higher.
