State Duma deputy Natalya Poklonskaya congratulated President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky on his birthday.
She admitted that she would like to become the Russian ambassador to Ukraine and wished this happen some day.
The parliamentarian also expressed confidence that the Ukrainian leader wants to resolve the conflict in the Donbass, to eliminate the problems that appeared under President Petro Poroshenko, but Zelensky is ‘simply not allowed’ to resolve these issues.
She also recalled that after the coup in Ukraine, criminal proceedings were instituted against her.
