The head of Rospotrebnadzor, Anna Popova, said that the delta strain of coronavirus dominates in the Russian Federation now.
"It was the travelers who brought the delta strain to the Russian Federation, not from India, but from the resort areas of the world, where our citizens went on vacation", she said at the meeting of the coordinating council for combating coronavirus infection under the government of the Russian Federation.
