Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, during a visit to Kazakhstan, has expressed interest in his country and the EAEU moving towards free trade.
"Pakistan wants to sign a free trade agreement with the Eurasian Economic Union. This will promote fruitful cooperation between the EAEU and the business community of Pakistan," he stated in an interview.
Nawaz Sharif expressed confidence that Kazakhstan will be able to support him in this matter. He said that Astana "as an active member of the association, can be very helpful in maintaining the free trade agreement."
